Rent out a property
At W voor Wonen we offer a full service for the rental of your objects. Simply make an appointment by email or telephone, after which we will assess, measure and professionally photograph your home on location. Your object will be promoted on our own website, Pararius.nl, Funda.nl and offered to our extensive network. After selecting suitable tenants, we take care of drawing up the rental contract, check-in, and collecting the first rent and deposit. For both financial agreements and the management of your objects, we are ready to discuss your wishes in a personal conversation.
What can you expect from us?
Do you want to rent out a house?
- You make an appointment with our office via email or phone.
- During the on-site appointment, the property will be viewed, measured and a rental price determined. In consultation, a professional photo reportage of your property will be made.
- After acceptance of the assignment W voor Wonen will offer the object on its own website as well as on pararius.nl, funda.nl and other websites. The property will also be offered to our network of companies and schools (if applicable).
- W voor Wonen will receive a set of keys and will proceed to view the object.
The profile of interested parties will be presented to the owner where he/she will then make a choice.
- W voor Wonen will take care of drawing up the rental contract. We will also take care of the check-in and the collection of the first rent and deposit (if agreed).
Finances
We would be happy to meet with you, the landlord, to discuss financial matters during a face-to-face meeting.
Management of your property(s):
You would like to rent out your property(s) but do not want to carry out additional administration? We will gladly take over the administrative and/or technical management from you.
Activities include: collecting the monthly rent, handling tenant complaints, deploying third parties (maintenance and collection), etc.
Our management fee depends on several factors. We would be happy to make an appointment with you.
